i shall blog a while from my busy schedule!!!
this is what happen when i called the credit card company to settle payment!
CSO - customer services officer me - yea.. mi!
i waited for 10 mins for that freakin CSO to ans the phone~
Cso: good evening! me: hi.. i'll like to clarify the payment statement for this credit card nbr: XXXXXX Cso: okie. from the system.. it's stated that u've not make any payment for last month. me: *HUH* recovering from my shockness! ohh.. but i send out a cheque alreadi. u din received? Cso: Yes. we did not received any payment me: but i did send out the cheque. i can guarantee that Cso: okie. so is it okie if u can check with ur bank if the cheque has been crossed alreadi? *sound irritated* me: okie. i'll get it done tomorrow. but with regards to the late charges. is it possible if u can waived it off? cause i DID make my payment for last month. and i did not know why ur company didn't received any of my cheque. it's kinda unfair to mi if i send out the cheque and yet u still post late charges for this month payment. Cso: i'm sorry that i can't do that. maybe if u can check with ur bank 1st and then appeal to have the late charges waived. me: so troublesome. okie.. but i'll wait till u send me the statement for this month 1st and den i check with the bank so that i can get everything clarify 1st b4 i send out any more cheque. *VERY PISSED OFF ALREADI* Cso: okie.. thank u and have a nice day
i was so pissed off with her attitude.. she sound so "bu nai fan".. heY! i'm the customer!!! u've the rights to SERVE ME!!!! not give mi attitude!!!! daMN it.. STUPID CREDIT CARD!!!!!! STUPID!!!! ESP THE COMPANY!!! ROTTEN CARD! ARGH! i did send out the cheque...=( damn it..
okie.. anyway.. 2 papers down alreadi.. left 2 more.!!! which is ENV and TPHM!!! i'm still studyin for my ENV papers.. argh!! killer papers... =( my coursework only 32/50.. i nid 38/50 for exam to get a grade B for my ENV!!!! damn~ 'll be back for more updates lalalalallaalalalaaa
